Mr. Daniel Kurjakovic, curator and head of program of the Burger Collection, Hong Kong.
Daniel Kurjakovic graduated from University of Zurich in Art History, Philosophy and Slavic Languages in 1997. From 1995 to 2002 he co-directed the self-founded publishing company MEMORY/CAGE EDITIONS where he edited more than 30 publications on contemporary art, from artist books to project and exhibition catalogues, on writers and artists such as John Berger, Paul Bowles, Gertrude Stein or Robert Wilson. From 2003 to 2008, was the head of the exhibition program of Kunsthof Zurich, the associate exhibition space of the Fine Arts Department of the University of Fine Arts Zurich where he also co-directed the theory courses of the visual arts department in the same period. He organized several exhibitions with international artists such as Sam Durant, Sol LeWitt, Jos Näpflin and Lawrence Weiner. Since 2009 Daniel Kurjakovic is curator and head of program of the Burger Collection, Hong Kong, where he is developing a multi-regional exhibition and a research project entitled ‘Quadrilogy’ with worldwide traveling exhibitions and public lectures.

Mr. Leo Xu, curator and writer based in Shanghai
Leo Xu is a curator and writer based in Shanghai. He was the associate director at James Cohan Gallery, Shanghai (from 2009 to 2011), before founding his curatorial & editorial platform Leo Xu Projects in 2011. He was the director of Chambers Fine Art in Beijing between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, he worked as curator at Zhu Qizhan Art Museum and assistant curator at Duolun Museum of Modern Art, both in Shanghai. Xu is responsible for many exhibitions and projects that took place in Mainland China and abroad. As a critic of contemporary art, Xu writes extensively for many publications and journals, such as Harper’s Bazaar, L’offciel Homme, Numero, Leap, Art China, Art World, Modern Weekly, etc. Xu also lectures at New York University and School of Visual Art on contemporary Chinese photography. As an artist of photography, Xu also had exhibited at various venues like Pinyao International Photography Festival (Pinyao, 2005) and Mono (Duolun Museum of Modern Art, Shanghai, 2005).
