Swissnex Shanghai, Switzerland's outpost for science, technology and culture in China, is an initiative of the Swiss State Secretariat for Education and Research of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Similar institutions are located in Boston, San Francisco and Singapore. Our goal is to fully exploit the potential of cooperation between Switzerland and the respective host countries in the fields of higher education, research, technology, innovation and culture and to promote Switzerland as a leading country in those domains.

In China, we are in working progress to establish an application and evaluation procedures, in collaboration with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and other related agencies. The Joint working group from both Swiss and Chinese sides will meet to settle down operation details. In the meantime, we invite all potential Chinese partners involved in this program to help their Swiss partners to submit the applications in Switzerland before the respective deadlines, and to send their personal information and contact details to lan.zuogillet@swissnexshanghai.org. We will inform you as soon as possible the latest progress with Chinese Ministries.
